1. Early check-in between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m:
An additional charge of $80 USD per adult and $40 USD per child aged 10 to 15 years will apply (guests may use the hotel facilities and the all-inclusive plan; the room will be provided based on availability).
2. Early check-in between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m:
An additional charge of $45 USD per adult and $25 USD per child aged 10 to 15 years will apply (guests may use the hotel facilities and the all-inclusive plan; the room will be provided based on availability).
3. All-inclusive late check-out between 11:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m:
An additional charge of $80 USD per adult and $40 USD per child aged 10 to 15 years will apply (guests may use the hotel facilities and the all-inclusive plan; guests must vacate the room).
4. Late check-out all inclusive between 11:15am and 6:00pm:
An extra charge of $80 USD per adult and $40 USD per child between 10 and 15 years old will apply (guests will be able to use the hotel facilities and the all-inclusive plan, guests must vacate the room).
6. Late check-out in the room until 2:00 p.m:
An additional charge of $150 USD will apply (guests may use the hotel facilities and the all-inclusive plan; guests can keep their room until 2:00 p.m).
7. Late check-out in the room after 2:10pm:
The full room rate will be charged.
RESERVATIONS AND RATES:
1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice
2. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3. Rates are applied per night based on the selected room and occupancy type.
4. Children's policy: Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay when sharing a room with their parents or legal guardian. Children from 4 to 11 years old have a special rate, and children over 11 years old pay the adult rate.
5. The rate includes a 13% hotel tax, subject to change according to Costa Rican law.
6. The all-inclusive service covers three meals a day, snacks, and unlimited beverages.
7. Additional services, such as tours, spa, and store purchases, are not included in the rate.
GENERAL POLICIES:

2. Services purchased through our website are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-endorsable, and can only be redeemed in the name of the reservation holder. Voucher resale is prohibited.
3. Upon arrival at the hotel, please present your purchase confirmation for validation; staff may request identification.
4. A credit card is required at check-in as a security deposit without exceptions.
