CC Beach Front Papagayo welcomes guests traveling with their pets. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our clients, please consider the following requirements to enjoy the company of your pet during your stay at the hotel.
RESERVATION AND BEHAVIOR
1. Pets must be registered in the reservation, either in advance or upon check-in. Please notify us at reservaciones@grupocasaconde.com or by phone at (506) 2586-7300.
2. We love pets, but we ask that they exhibit appropriate behavior so that everyone can enjoy their stay alongside other animals and children.
3. It is important that pets have an up-to-date vaccination schedule. Proof of vaccination will be requested at check-in.
USE OF FACILITIES
4. Pets must always be on a leash or in a carrier in the common areas of the hotel.
5. It is the responsibility of each owner to provide towels, beds, food, and other supplies.
6. Pets are allowed in the Vistas del Golfo restaurant, but food will not be served if the customer is holding the pet.
6.1 Feeding pets with food from the buffet is not allowed.
6.2 Entry to the Santa Rosa restaurant is prohibited for pets.
7. Pets may be near the pool, but they are not allowed to enter.
8. There are designated areas for walking pets. Please use them and keep them clean during your use.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
9. Any waste from the pet must be properly picked up and disposed of in designated containers.
10. Pets cannot be left alone in the rooms, and their supervision is always required in the hotel areas.
11. It is recommended not to leave pets unattended in vehicles during your stay at the hotel. If any situation is observed that puts the health of the pet at risk, the hotel reserves the right to contact the appropriate authorities.
